OPEN is a Madison-based non-profit that welcomes all LGBTQIA2S+ humans and allied individuals. We are community-centered and career-driven individuals who are committed to building equitable and inclusive experiences, workplaces, events and opportunities within the LGBTQIA2S+ community.

Online Community:
Our private online platform provides members with access to a supportive network, engaging discussions on workplace inclusion, and shared job opportunities for the LGBTQ+ community. It’s a space to connect, learn, and grow professionally.

Dane County offers a wealth of community events, and OPEN actively encourages participation and collaboration. Members can engage with other organizations on behalf of OPEN, creating meaningful partnerships that amplify LGBTQ+ visibility and impact.
